Roof rats and house mice seek refuge in commercial spaces as ambient temperatures start to drop. They can enter your building via gutters, power lines, beams and underground. Don’t let rodents eat your supplies and leave droppings that spread bacteria and disease.

Termites are the biggest threat to your building’s structure. Both Drywood and Subterranean termites can colonize quickly, damaging weight-bearing beams and support members. Unless you catch them during swarming season, these pests can go undetected for several months causing considerable damage.

Like rodents, cockroaches can also carry and spread disease on your commercial property. Living in dark, undisturbed areas, cockroaches can occupy your space for years without detection. If left untreated you may be exposed to diseases they carry like streptococcus, salmonella, dysentery, E. coli, hepatitis B and cholera.

Carpenter ants are similar to termites in that they can cause significant damage to wood members and structural supports. Common household ants can also be a major problem for kitchen offices, employee spaces and inside kitchens/restaurants.
